Transfer Station/Garbage Fees
Yearly Garbage Permit Card for July 1, 2017 thru June 30, 2018
Penn Forest Township Board of Supervisors has voted to keep the Garbage Fees the same for July 2017-June 2018.
The Transfer Station/Garbage Fee invoices will be mailed during May 2017. If you do not receive an invoice by May 31st
call the Municipal Building at 570-325-2768 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Each household unit in the Township must
obtain a Transfer Station/Garbage Permit unless a licensed Carbon County hauler has
been contracted for trash pick-up at the household unit. If a licensed private collector/hauler has been contracted; a copy
of the paid contract MUST
be submitted to the Township before June 30, 2017.
To receive the Discounted Rate PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED & POST MARKED BY June 30, 2017.

$75.00 (4 bags per week, one free bulk item per year) 2 week / 8 bags maximum per visit of back punches are allowed

$175.00 (8 bags per week, one free bulk item per year)

IF YOU HAVE A CREDIT ON YOUR ACCOUNT FROM 2016-2017, PLEASE USE IT FOR THE 2017-2018 INVOICE.

THERE WILL BE A $25.00 LATE FEE APPLIED TO ACCOUNT IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED AUGUST 1, 2017
Please note this is a MANDATORY FEE and each residential unit in Penn Forest Township will be invoiced
for this fee whether you're a full time, part time resident or the home is unoccupied.
